PDF printing with filePro

I am trying to print from the GI version of Filepro as we have users that only use the Windows version. I would like the PDF file that is created to print to their default printer (usually connected directly to their desktop via USB). We are using Filepro 5.8. I am not sure what to put as "filename" in the example you gave in the e-mail. I had it with just
-p PDF:[Print]
and that does not seem to work. What am I doing wrong?

If you haven't tried printing the PDF directly note that the command does require the brackets
-p PDF:[Print] filename -although I assigned a file name to the pdf output, filePro assigns its own name to the file and does not delete the file after printing.
Apparently the [] are necessary for the options to work.
Also note that filePro is calling the default PDF software to print the PDF. As such, the PDF program remains open and the "focus" is no longer on the FilePro window.
I have an application I am updating for use by my community and will be converting all of the outputs to using the PDF method of printing as I cannot control what type of printer our management company purchase. As of now there is a multifunction device being used for printing. I have not taken a look to see the make and model of this device nor do I know what printer will be used at their site.
The PDF program does come up minimized (Adobe Reader). I would like to figure out how to close this program from filePro.
I still wish the fptech would show actual commands when a new function like PDF is instituted. The instructions are not clear on what the command line should look like. They have given more detailed instructions on how to imbed code in a PDF document.
The PDF functionality is a good start but is not as flexible as Print Wizard. Once I have a better idea of where this application will reside, I may see if I can get our board to purchase 1 or 2 Print Wizard licenses.
