The main thing I do with Windows is to use Dealmaster Pro and Dealer4
software to run an automatic dealing machine to prepare boards for
duplicate bridge games.  I run Window 7 Pro under VMware Fusion on my
Macbook Pro, shutting it down when not in use.

Other than that, about the only thing time I start Windows is to
figure out how to do something so I can help a client.
