The main issue was that the strange ids inserted by the BIOS on
the new cloned disks was different than that of the originals
causing problems with the /dev/mapper idiocy.  This seems to hang
around even after grep'ing through the entire /etc hierarchy
looking for the old ID and removing it.

I finally figured out the 'dmraid -rE' would get rid of the Intel
inserted ids, then normal /etc/fstab LABEL= entries would work as
expected.

The upside of this is that I dug into the kickstart documentation
to figure out how to create Linux RAID during automated installs.
