Compress files utility

Before Bob composed "deflate" I had written "fpkd", which
"extracts records from filePro databases, or compresses them.".

Bob wrote his program in filePro itself, just to thumb his
nose at mine (written in C).

Bob and I never did conduct speed comparisons between our
two approaches, but kudos are due him, since mine is a SCO
Unix binary, while his does not depend on the operating system.
