Without opening a huge can of worms - thought I'd throw this out there just
to see what others may be doing....

We are going to be accepting payments online via our website....our site is
hosted by Level 3
My first thought was to create an identical table on fp server using MySQL
and I would simply create the user data and FTP it up to the database
directory....but I can't get permissions from our host because our secure
portion of our site is hosted on securewebexchange...so I guess technically
the database and tables are always 'live' and it won't allow me to
overwrite what's there

What are others doing for any website access for people to be able to login
with data that's in a fp file on local server?

For the time being, I will be just creating csv files and uploading them
each morning - maybe every other morning.....not the greatest plan, but
it's what I have to work with at the moment...

Just wondered others strategies etc
