Lockfile Question?

I forgot about the anti-virus issue.  We use Trend Micro.  I am not sure what version  of window Server we are running.  I am not in IT and they do not share upgrade info unless they have to.

The issue may be the antivirus program. 
What version of Windows Server are you running?
