Odd Windows Problem with filePro

Windows 10 enterprise 64 Bit
FilePro 5.8

Over this past week-end I had problems with my computer locking up. I was able to correct the issues but now am having an odd problem with filePro's dscreen program.

My keyboards alt[Fn] is not working properly. Alt[F6 & F7] Do nothing. Alt [F8,F9,F10] all bring up (from the top right side of the screen) a box with instruction for how to share my desktop.

There are a number of utility programs which would allow me to reprogram my keyboard. However I have no idea what codes I would need to return those function keys back to their original state. I also have no idea what changed to cause this change in behavior.

Can anyone help me in returning the function keys back?

PS: I have not swapped my current Microsoft digital Media Pro keyboard for another to see if another has the same issues.
