Okay, I stand corrected.  Apparently my reading comprehension was down 40
points earlier today.  :b~~~  I misread/mis-thought the 'prior to'.  That's
entirely on me, and I don't even have a good excuse unless I plead poor
sleep (which is true, but still...).

Fair enough, and complaint retracted.
