App Crash

Can anyone please tell me what the cause of this maybe 

"The instruction at 0046ed80 referenced memory at 00388000 The memory could
not be read from"

It is a random crash event. It always happens at the save record.

Windows 7
FP 4.8.10RN9

Where should I look?
