A REAL Filepro manual or just charge my ass and help me out with this memo exporting please

I've written an entire system in Filepro for running my company which 
has to be over 100k lines of code by now BUT... where I've spent way too 
much of my life is trying to figure out syntax on a command that I 
haven't used in the past, kinda where I'm at right now.

What I'm looking for is something that's going to contain syntax 
examples for the commands. I'm going to look at "Laura Brody's filePro 
reference" right now. The video guide though, I can't imagine having to 
search through videos to find the piece of information I may need at the 
time.
