A filePro licensee flat-out says that they don't want to deal with the new
licensing, and therefore are foregoing upgrades.  No third-party relating
an anecdote, this is -direct- evidence of what we've been saying.

I wonder what fP-Tech's response will be.  My bet is on crickets chirping.
