A REAL Filepro manual or just charge my ass and help me out with this memo exporting please

It's been like forever since I upgraded anything because I just didn't 
want to deal with the new licensing stuff.

Below is pretty much the extent of the help for the MEMO export that I'm 
looking for and it's not really much help.

Is there any way of just downloading the updated help files and 
overwriting the ones I have now?
