A REAL Filepro manual or just charge my ass and help me out with this memo exporting please

I'm so done spending hours and hours in front of my computer trying to 
figure things out to no avail, EXPORTING A MEMO FIELD is just the latest 
example that I still haven't a clue how to actually do the damn thing.

Anyway, enough of the ranting....

Can anyone help me out as to where I can purchase some sort of filepro 
help manual(preferably NOT written by Filepro). One that will include 
examples of commands along with SYNTAX examples would really be nice.

Because when filepro help only says this  (MEMO xx EXPORT filename) and 
I've tried...

Then: MEMO invy(367) EXPORT "memo"

Then: MEMO invy(367) EXPORT "memo.txt"

Then: MEMO invy(367) EXPORT "c:\memo"

Then: MEMO invy(367) EXPORT "c:\memo.txt"

with none of them working I need to do something different it seems.
