The behavior and terms of windows 10 matter.
A lot can change in 1200 days. I see nothing irrational in waiting to
see what develops during that time, and exerting my vote with my feet
and wallet by rejecting the current behavior and terms.
Windows becomes less and less of a necessity every day, and I consider
it practically a social duty to help that along.
Run Never10 and add to the statistical pressure to influence MS's
behavior, and that of all 3rd party software & hardware developers too.

In 1200 days literally anything could happen. Windows 8 was the brave
new world that only those stupid Luddites resisted out of their fear of
change and hatred of progress. Now where is it? 2 different things
happened. 1; Windows changed again and 10 isn't as awful as 8 (at least
in certain ui aspects). 2; 3rd parties created add-ons and hacks to
address things MS refused to. In 1200 days a lot of both of those, or
anything else, can happen again. Even if they don't, there is no benefit
in signalling acceptance of something you don't want, by accepting it,
any sooner than absolutely necessary. In the entire history of the
world, nothing ever got better by quietly accepting things the way they are.
