Passthrough Printing

I have a filePro menu that uses passthrough printing to print invoices.  We are using AnzioWin to login to our Linux server.  The first line in the menu script is PFPT=ON;export PFPT.  The report is using the PrintWiz print codes to print the invoice.

I've been using this setup for many years and it works great, but we a have new employee that is trying to print invoices but the passthrough doesn't turn on for this user.  The invoice prints to the system default printer instead of the users default Windows printer and prints the PWML on the invoice. 

Any ideas on why passthrough printing doesn't work for this one user?
