This mailing list would be a reasonable place to ask, as would emailing 
filePro support <support at fptech.com> and asking for developers in your area.

One additional piece of information that would be useful -- do you need the 
programmers to be on-site?  Many filePro programmers work remotely with 
their clients' systems.
