That's also a best-case scenario. The TCP header -minimum- size is 20. It
has a maximum size of 60, allowing for 40 bytes of options. I neglected to
mention that originally. Mea culpa.
Since I'm dragging...you know, facts into it, I figured I should be as
accurate as possible.
