Actually, the customers do have a right to complain about exactly those
things when the fixes are or will be held hostage for more money.

It's not their fault that filePro never -properly- followed the three
point-level versioning principles.  You still don't, having invoked a
fourth point-level.

I'm just going to agree to perpetually disagree.  This is like talking to
brick, and half as productive.  I've better things to do.
