Ken,

I will remember to try this the next time, but Windows issues like 
security settings can interfere with these things and dropping to a 
script it seems to work.  I never could pin down the cause.  But instead 
of butting my head on the wall, I just wrote a quick script.

I find it difficult to provide all the environment issues that might 
affect a SYSTEM command and I know it will likely work correctly on the 
magic Ken test system, I will keep you informed.

It happens like that when I test code on my computer and then it has 
issues on the customer's system.  Something is different.  Not always 
sure what it is, however.

Those are the interesting days trying to figure it out.
