Most people (yes, I know not everyone) use the supplied PCL print code
tables for their PCL-compatible printers. Unless you are using PCL print
codes generated in processing, you can usually do a simple change to use the
FPML print code table rather than a PCL one, and you're done 99% of the time.
Yes, there are times when you need to re-do parts of the forms in order to
create PDF files, but that's not the norm for most people.
The biggest change I've seen was taking a logo created with BMP2PCL and
getting a new image for PDF output.
