James, no much to look for.  AFAIK, what this means is that you can 
distribute your application with tok.[processing]
instead of prc.[processing].

prc.[tables] are the source code and tok.[tables] are your, well, half 
way compiled.

This does not mean they are "self executable" - You still need the run 
time binaries.  Even then, tok.[tables] can be expanded into 
prc.[tables] but it requires some help from fpTech if you do not have 
the tools.

Again, this is my last understanding of the meaning behind "QuickStart" 
and it has been like that for a very long time.  Other will tell you if 
it has changed and/or if, as usual (lol), I am mistaken.
