F4 is the key typically assigned to DELL ("delete line", not the computer 
company).  Way back when, "delete line" was typically Ctrl-U, which IIRC was 
also the TRS-DOS Profile II keystroke for "enter mass update mode", which 
was then carried over into Profile 16.
