Printing issue

What is the setup at this client?  Are they on workstations, and the data is 
on the servers?

Where is PFTMP pointed?  If not set what are TMP and TEMP set to?

Is 5.8 the 32- or 64-bit version?

If you run 5.6, but point filePro to read the data from the new server, is 
there a speed difference from 5.6 pointed to the old server?  If you run 
5.8, but point filePro to read data from the old server, how does that 
compare to 5.8 pointed to the new server?

Right now, there are too many variables to get a clear picture of what's 
going on.
