Print slowdown

Installed a new faster windows 2012 server at a client's site. Upgraded filePro from 5.6 to 5.8.02.
One of the clerks has mentioned that, when printing invoice, the output is slower than on the old slower server running Windows server 2008. This is on the same machine with the same printer.
All other print outputs appear to be printing at the same speed or a bit faster. There has been no change in the invoice print program and the problem is repeatable.
Any suggestions as to what I should be looking at?
The one thing I have not done is run a test of printing from 5.6 on the new server; this should be my next step.
Her computer is 32 bit Windows 7 Pro. This is an older computer which most likely should be upgraded at his time. When this machine is changed, I will install a small SSD and point pftmp to this drive. That should speed up any output generation as the drive is much faster than a mechanical drive.
