PFCMARK only applies to 2-digit-year date fields.  So, unless you are doing 
date math with such a field, or passing such a field to the date-related 
functions, it doesn't apply.

PFCMARK simply means "when dealing with 2-digit-year date fields, where does 
the 100-year range begin?"
