Reading keys stops

I am going to guess that someone thought  PFCMARK holds some sort of perceived magic that it does not actually possess.
For a second I thought about the 100 year wrapping window, but realized that is not applicable.

It's a perfectly valid date.  (Why wouldn't it be?)

Since we know nothing about your processing, we can't give any advice on why that date was a problem for your processing.
