File specs?

Oh, but wait...it gets better.

I got the requisite login information, got to the page in question, and
-not all the formats are even there-.  The map file spec used to be
available, detailing the exact use of the first line of the map.  It's not
there.

That's just lovely, after that smarmy little answer Ken initially coughed
up.  Really helpful, Ace.  Thanks for the excellent use of my time.
