Brian, Bruce,

Thank you much, it is exactly what I needed. I remember Ken's post but
didn't recognize its significance at the time. My other requirement is
that the header only appear on the first page and PFONEHEAD should take
care of that quite nicely.

One anomaly I see is that the init printcode is run again when the header
prints. While it doesn't matter functionally, I can only assume that the
header is sent to the printer as a new job tacked on to the end before the
spooler is closed.
