"needthis.txt", WTF

Am I really going to have to see "needthis.txt" every time I go into my 
filepro directory?

I tried to just mark it as a hidden file but it still shows up in 
filepro. I'm a very meticulous person and have everything organized very 
nicely so I know this stupid thing is going to be making me NUTS.

Does anyone know why it is there, why some goofball would decide the 
filepro directory is where it needed to be and if it really does need to 
be there
