Running filePro in the Cloud?

I have been running one of my companies on a server in the CLOUD for
years. Just a server farm somewhere. You can get all kinds of service
levels for these installations. They can provide the Hardware, OS,
backup solution, tech support for problems, etc.

I have people in 3 states that use the filepro application daily.

We had one failure in 5 years and were down for days, but our new
solution with a virtual server would make that unlikely. Other than
that an occasional reboot (5 minutes - and installing Windows Updates),
is all the maintenance it needs (Our big crash was when we owned an
actual server on the farm.) Ours is running Windows Terminal Services
and the printing solution is part of the OS in our new setup. It is
also a virtual drive so it much easier to recover. Most solutions for
small businesses would be to use a virtual drive.

Our cost has run from 110 to 700 per month. Service costs money. The
more services they provide the more expensive the system. I am not sure
what you might find now, the prices have been dropping.
