I am using the latest Thunderbird (31.6.0) for Windows and the "From" column 
now shows "FilePro Mailing List" for every message.  It's not until I reply 
that it says "[Name] via Filepro-list wrote...", as you can see above.

I've attach a screenshot.  (Which the mailing list manager will strip, but 
will include a URL to download it.)  Note that the message which shows 
Richard Kreiss' address only does so because it was cc'ed to fpsupport.
