Repairing corruption in a memo field/file

Hi,

 

SCO Unix sys5 with filepro dreport 5.0.14d4.  

 

Any fix for memo field/file corruption.  I have identified the record that
segvios.  Issuing 212="";write does not help where 212 is the memo field.
