Question about license manager

I currently have the Linux license manager running on my machine. How 
would I view what is the basis of the license?

The license manager could have been the MAC address, HD volume number, 
or IP address since I swapped in the old drive array and NIC.

Can I request a new one under the new MAC address so that I can test it 
on the new machine?  (IOW, if I get one for the new machine, the one on 
the old machine should still be running, just on a different IP address.)
