The only thing I can think of (aside from network or hardware errors) would
be to DELETE an unprotected lookup record while someone else was updating
that record.
Closing the window via the "x" wouldn't do it, as the Windows version of
filePro treats that basically the same way it treats Ctrl-\ on *nix, and
"cleans up" before exiting. (Even if it didn't, unless Windows killed the
process at the exact microsecond that filePro was updating the freechain, it
wouldn't cause freechain errors.)
