Question about license manager

Is the license manager tied to the machine it's running on?

I'm moving my server onto new hardware.  I'm running Windows Filepro 
served by a Samba fileserver and the license manager runs on the same 
Linux box that's running Samba.

Can I simply move the files from one machine to the other and have the 
license manager operate properly?
