Proactive. When this happens, and it does, one of the clerks gets the message on her computer and this stops everyone. Rebuild on the server takes far less time. 

This company deletes order details that are not shipped. The details are in both the order file and order history files. Old shipped orders are periodically purged from the order file but not history. 

There is another file which I don't go near as it has data from day 1 of when FilePro was activated over 20 years ago. This file passed the 2gb size just as 5.6 became available. 

I need to get them to upgrade to 5.8 as there have been many bug fixes since their last upgrade.
