Windows

I think it might be easier to just copy the command line and add each
qualifier  (4).

Of course one of the qualifiers has almost 20 million records at this point
and it grows at 1,000 records a week.  This is an indexed file.

The freechn needs to be run on the server otherwise it take much too long to
finish.
