WIN 7 Stop CLOSE Button

Is there a way to STOP user from pressing the x box in the top right corner
of the filepro window(close) ?

 

Old XP used a are you sure you wish to close message. But not windows 7.

 

I have users pressing the close button while in a update/add screen.

 

Please help.
