Print Wizard should be able to handle this. It has extremely good device
independence. It can accept as input either plain text, PCL-5, or Print
Wizard Markup Language. And to the situation you mentioned, it can open a
preview window, enlarge it to full screen, show your text over an image of
the form, let you adjust the placement of the text very interactively,
test print one page, readjust, rinse and repeat, and finally print the
batch (with or without printing the form image). Then it lets save all the
adjustments into a profile to be used again.
