Rerun input proc on records 500,000 to 590,000

Depends on what the processing does and how it does it.

An appropriated designed "input" process could also be run against a group
of records as a "processing only" output process.  But if you are doing a
bunch of @WEF @WLF type stuff that obviously would not work well as an
output process.
