window 7 pro 64 bit does filepro work

I typed sc qs fplm_service

Then "insfplm_service" isn't the service name.

Type:

     sc query | find /i "fp"

to search for services with "fp" in it.  You want the "SERVICE_NAME" line, 
which is, as the name implies, the name of the service.
