This is outside of my skillset, but I watch in awe when JPR does things like
set an environmental variable when running a binary.
Can you not trick filePro from the command line that you are using VT-52,
Z-19, or a DT-100, or some terminal we used in the 80's  or 90's that has no
concept of even function keys, where every filePro command was a CTRL-(key)?
