Record being updated

Rami,
@key* options will always lock the current record as part of the function.
When I do not want lock issues I relocate my logic to a file with no
inherit data. Then I can open and close records in other files without
causing any issues for myself or others.
You could pull the data you want to zoom at into a browse or displaying
in the local file on popup screens. Depends what you are trying to do
in the zoom.
I try not to launch myself into other enactments of filepro from a
record because it seems to always cause problems.
Not sure if that is very helpful, but that is my advice.
