HP Laser printers limit to 60 lines per page unless you tweak the
setup string.  The string necessary is "\E&l66F" where "\E" is
the termcap code for ESC so it's a bit different if using FilePro
print codes.  This sets it to 66 lines per page, compatible with
standard dot-matrix printers which don't have top and bottom
margins.
