filepro colors

I took a look at that page but didn't really learn anything. 

All I want to be able to do is have the green background with the brite white text. I know it can be displayed because I use it defining screens all the time. 

I think that intensity toggle just confuses me. How do I intensify the text without intensifying the background, that's what I need to do.
