Running filePro on a web server

Last week I partially retired now only working 20 hours a week.  Once our new ERP system is in I will retire in full (no later than 12/18/2014).

Once I have retired I plan on selling my plant  scheduling and machine loading software written in fp.  The question is how to market it.  I see three possible ways.
1. Direct to end users
2. Licensed to developers on this list
3. Or as a service for end users over the web

Number one is probably out as I am getting too old for that.  If I do number 3 I have some questions.  These are directed to those of you who currently run fp over the web.  Either on your own servers or on the services from one of the many service providers.

1. In a perfect world which would you use; your own servers or on a service?
2. Why (other then cost)?
3. This one is probably for fptech but if you are running multiple users from multiple customers how does the licensing and user count work?
4. I assume I will stay with fpWeb unless filePro has some thing new and hasn't told us yet.  Anyone heard anything?

Well the above is a start.  I look forward to reading and appreciate your responses.
