Issue with Index

If you look at the last column there appears to be a leading space except for:

I would suggest you check this and then delete index D and then rebuild it.

I have had a running disagreement with Ken on this issue for many years.  When one rebuilds an index, it is cleared and then rebuilt.

When I have had issues with an automatic index, even on rebuild, I have found deleting it and starting over seems to clear up the issue.

Again, check your field 6 to see if there are leading blanks (right justified values) and if there are, correct this first and then rebuild,
