new add record option

To All:

One feature that could help us a lot would be a new "Add Record" option 
when you use *clerk with the -XI option.

Presently we have to program a "Add New Record" question every time a 
user executes this menu selection.

  /fp/dclerk customer -S1 -H "Buildings" -U -J -XI
