Well, one could use a hex editor and find that phrase in the binary and change the word(s) as you desired. Of course you cannot add or subtract characters, but you could change "file" to "comp" or "file name:" to "company--:".
That solution probably breaks fpTech's TOS, but it's not impossible, just not recommended.
IANAL, but this also may fall under some sort of violation of DCMA, copyright, or the like.
Or toss some boat loads of money at fpTech.
One could have them move all the fixed text strings in the application moved to a system and user defined resource table so that filePro could both be multi-language and/or use developer application driven UI elements.
