List Membership Issues Resolved [was: Re: confirm b141a81ef72da1a282e77b90a56809de5e9649c1]

There was a technical difficulty with the network servicing the list
starting on 1 July, 2014, which lasted a couple of days.

A few people were totally unsubscribed, most were temporarily disabled.

I just finished going through and resubbing/re-enabling everyone who was
affected by the event.  Everything should now be as it was before the
event, and there should be no further need for user action on anyone's
part.

Anyone who received similar messages can safely disregard them, as the
problems have been resolved, and the membership status issues should be
cleared up at this time.
